Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things you will ever do, and I want to help make that experience as smooth and successful as possible.
My name is Marty Gottlieb and I have been in the home building and real estate business for forty years. I worked as a construction supervisor for 23 years in the 5 boroughs of New York and then spent 5 years as a custom home builder in Long Island, NY. I moved my family to Tampa Florida in 1992 and never looked back. I obtained my real estate license in 1995 and started my career selling new homes for a large national builder as an on-site sales executive in model homes for 6 years. In 2003 I went into general real estate selling new homes and newer resales. I will assist you in finding the right house, at the best price, while protecting your interests with a due-diligence follow up. As an agent that specializes in NEW HOME sales and newer resale homes, I receive daily inventory and pricing details from all the major builders in the area.
There are many critical steps in the home buying process starting with the home search, proceeding through the negotiation's and completing the paperwork. My due-diligence process includes assuring that the home meets all your needs and that your investment in the home is protected by the multiple steps of home inspection, title search and insurance.
